How to use molds (cuttings) for gingerbread and cookies?
Attach a form to the rolled dough, press it easily and you will get a product with clear contours. After baking, the gingerbread or cookie will have smooth edges. By using die cuttings, you save time, which speeds up the manufacturing process and your products will look much better than if you cut out dough by hand using templates made of cardboard, parchment or paper.
